This rib is constructed with a deep “V” design from a corrosion resistant aluminium alloy. The hull itself is double bottomed and unsinkable and anti-slip chequered plating on the deck as well. The wheelhouse is constructed of fibreglass although we can make this from aluminium if required.
The tubes of the rib are constructed of a Hypalon pneumatic 1670 DTEX tube with 7 separate chambers, each with its own independent valve. These tubes are 640mm in diameter.
We can also provide this vessel with rubber "d" fenders. Our fenders are constructed from a closed-cell polyethylene foam core – the density of which can be varied according to the application.
This boat can be used for basic pushing operation, because it is equipped (as standard) with solid bow's alu-rubber fender (visible on picture). Base structure of the fender is integrated with bow's construction, reinforcing it. Fender also works as tube deformation limiter on rough waters and lets passengers for bow's embarkment. |

INFLATABLE TUBE Inflatable collar constructed from HYPALON reinforced nylon composite material formed into a tube. Tube divided in 7 separate chambers, each of them is equipped with inlet and safety valves. Along tube are running rope lifelines (outside and inside). Tube is also equipped with double rubber fender and antislide patches in places of increased traffic;
